For the price -great deal and great size. And unbelievable size. We were on the side of the road, and for me it didn't bother me a bit. I had two others who also had rooms, on the same side and didn't hear a complaint from them either. Sweet ladies who were at the front desk. One lady who works a 6am-6pm really goes an X mile. The breakfast is great for a free meal. They offered sausage gravy over biscuits. Scrambled eggs, sausage links. You can make your own waffles. There were different juices and milk. Bagels and muffins. All the coffee you can drink. BTW- coffee is good .

Rooms are straightforward, if lacking light. Breakfast was wonderful, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and waffles. Location backs up to railroad tracks, but this was only an issue one night, and that is due to the heavy hand of the engineer rather than the Guesthouse. Staff was great and helpful, as all the room locks were being changed out, and they were happy to help with any issues we ran into.

This was, by far, the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Rooms were huge and very clean. Beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. Very quiet even with the railroad tracks nearby (we didn't hear a train at all over our 2 night stay). Staff was wonderful and very friendly! Breakfast was delicious and was the only hotel we've stayed at that served sausage gravy and biscuits. Several gas stations, a coffee shop, and a few restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great staff, clean rooms, reasonable price. Trains pass nearby and you will hear them. It didn't bother us in fact we enjoyed it. Will def stay again if in the area.

The service was great! Tanner was very friendly. We had an issue and he helped us out very quickly. We were happily surprised by the hot breakfast. Good for the price!

Room was clean and tidy, beds super comfy. Front desk staff attentive and kind. Breakfast was nothing fancy however, it filled my tummy! Great location, close to the ocean and close enough to the ONP. Overall, stay was good. Area seemed sketchy however, we experienced no problems.

It is a small town however everything is within walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and dinners in town and I highly recommend the fishing hole. They have amazing steak and clam chowder!

We booked this room last minute for Friday July 4th. It was one of the last vacant rooms in the hemisphere, and we didn't have to sign over half a months pay to rent it, so we weren't expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the room to be spacious, and clean, with a king size bed, a fold out couch, TV, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was clean and large and if the walls were a tiny bit thin and we could hear the people talking from the next room, while we were using the commode, it was a small price to pay for the comfort of not being afraid of catching anything or bringing home any uninvited critters that we might have felt if we had managed to find a room at the same price just about anywhere else. There are cute little stores and a nail and hair salon along the same strip and a gas station and restaurant in the same parking lot. They served a complimentary breakfast in the morning and the staff was engaging and friendly. Overall it was a really nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again sometime if I'm ever in the area, nor would I feel uncomfortable recommending it to anyone else.
